Dance and Martial Arts


I have always enjoyed dancing, and saw it is a supplement to the training I was doing in Tai Chi and Ba Gua, which focus on perfecting movements and sequences of movements that are pre-determined. One of the things I like about dancing is the exploration of movements and positions unknown, going out on a limb, throwing myself into regions of imbalance to find a way back to balance, without losing the beat.
